Contracted Infusion Pharmacist Ithaca, NY

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract assignment in Ithaca, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with infusion and sterile compounding experience to work in a fast-paced outpatient infusion pharmacy.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Duration: 13+ weeks, potential for extension

• Setting: Outpatient infusion pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense IV medications following professional and regulatory standards.

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, proper dosage, and administration.

• Provide clinical support to pharmacy staff and healthcare providers.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

• Oversee sterile compounding processes, ensuring patient safety.

Requirements:

• Active New York Pharmacist license in good standing.

• Recent infusion or sterile compounding experience required.

• Strong knowledge of USP <797> and USP <800> guidelines.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and patient care skills.
