RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager for a 13-week contract in New Braunfels, Texas. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned pharmacist with leadership experience to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring top-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Position Details:

• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• On-call required: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM 8:00 AM
• Some weekend on-call required (24-hour coverage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Manage and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Implement and uphold policies and procedures to enhance medication safety and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations as well as hospital policies.

Requirements:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV Certification (No Chemo on-site)
• 1+ year of pharmacy management experience
