RPh on the Go is actively seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacy professionals to contribute to inpatient pharmacy operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Preparation & Dispensing: Accurately prepare, compound, and dispense medications in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, and track medication expirations to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.

• Clinical Support: Work closely with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to enhance patient care.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks and participate in safety initiatives to maintain high medication standards.

• Documentation: Maintain precise records of medication dispensing, inventory updates, and other pharmacy activities per regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License

• 1-2+ years of inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience

• Proficiency in medication preparation, sterile compounding, and safety protocols

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume setting

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Contract Details:

• Duration: 13-week contract

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating days/evening shifts

• Location: On-site in Cincinnati, Ohio
