Are you a dedicated pharmacist with a passion for providing exceptional care in a long-term care (LTC) setting? RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Overnight Staff Pharmacist to join our team for a 13-week contracted assignment at a reputable LTC facility in Aurora, Colorado.

Job Details:

• Position: Overnight Staff Pharmacist
• Location: Aurora, CO
• Setting: Long-Term Care Facility
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Full-time, overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense medications for LTC patients.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy.
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians during shifts.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all pharmacy activities.

Shift:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30pm - 7:00am

Requirements:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in Colorado
• Recent pharmacy experience
