Contracted Overnight Staff Pharmacist LTC Facility - Aurora, Colorado

We are currently seeking an experienced Overnight Staff Pharmacist to join a long-term care (LTC) facility in Aurora, Colorado, on a 13-week contracted assignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for residents in a long-term care facility.
• Oversee medication preparation, verification, and distribution during overnight shifts.
• Review and validate physician orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor patient profiles for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Maintain strict adherence to all LTC facility protocols and state/federal pharmacy laws.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Shift:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in Colorado
• Recent pharmacy experience
