Contracted Pharmacy Manager - Rehabilitation Hospital - Wausau, Wisconsin

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for an exciting contract position at a rehabilitation hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to lead a pharmacy team, provide patient-centered care, and contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery of patients.

Job Details:

• Position: Pharmacy Manager
• Type: Full-time, 8+ week contract
• Setting: Rehabilitation Hospital
• Location: Wausau, WI
• Start Date: 10/14/2024

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with hospital staff to optimize patient care
• Manage medication inventory, ordering, and distribution
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff
• Conduct medication therapy management and patient consultations

Shift:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am - 430pm
• On call might be required 4:30pm to 8:00am and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday
• Must be willing to start on 10/14/24

Requirements:

• PIC experience 2+ years or more
• WI Pharmacist license
• 2+ years or more of recent Inpatient Hospital experience
