Customer Service Representative Contract to Hire in Fairfield, OH

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield, OH. This is a great role for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others. We currently have two shifts available day and evening both offering the chance to transition into a permanent position.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service and billing inquiries, including exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments

• Contact customers regarding inquiries, claims, or billing follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required

• Experience working in a pharmacy environment preferred

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
