Data Entry Pharmacy Technician (Full Benefits)

RPh on the Go is actively hiring Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Tipp City, OH. We have multiple shifts available and offer shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday with every other weekend required
• Multiple openings for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Order entry and follow-up, including new orders, STAT orders, Accuflow change logs, mail order entry, CII evaluations, and patient admissions
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of prescription and patient information into the Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system
• Research and resolve prescription and patient data discrepancies
• Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies, including illegible prescriptions and medication concerns
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals and objectives
• Support continuous improvement of client services, policies, and procedures
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and customers
• Assist with answering phones and responding to customer needs as required
• Provide excellent customer service to meet internal and external expectations

Requirements:

• Active OH State Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
• Previous pharmacy order entry experience required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with pharmacy systems
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
• Math and analytical skills with a focus on accurate calculations
• Minimum of two (2) years of long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
