Data Entry Pharmacy Technician Indiana Licensed

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills and a desire to grow in the pharmacy field.

Overview:
Our client is open to training in data entry but is specifically looking for individuals who are personable, high-energy, reliable, and have exceptional customer service skills. A pre-screen interview with us will be conducted before scheduling an onsite interview.

Job Duties:

• Accurately enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system to eliminate dispensing errors.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with filing completed orders, packaging medications, profiling orders for medical records, and filling processed prescriptions.
• Engage with customers and patients over the phone to provide assistance and address inquiries.
• Complete weekly and daily tasks as assigned by the staff pharmacist.

Schedule:

• Shifts: Monday-Friday Day Shift
• Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous data entry experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Long-Term Care experience (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with QS/1 or DocuTrack (preferred but not required)
