RPh on the Go is now hiring a full-time, dedicated data entry pharmacy technician for a facility in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time contract position with the potential for permanent hire. Assignment Specifics:

• Full time
• 13+ weeks temp to perm
• Shift: Monday-Friday Day Shift (Hours: 10:00AM 6:30PM)

Job Duties:

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into operating system in accurate and timely manner to eliminate errors at dispensing.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Assist with filing of completed orders, packaging of medications, profiling of orders for medical records, and filling processed prescriptions.
• Engaging in phone conversations with customers and patients, providing assistance, and addressing inquiries.
• Complete weekly and daily activities assigned by the staff pharmacist.

Requirements:

• Active pharmacy technician license in Indiana
• Previous data entry experience
• Strong customer service
• Long Term Care experience a plus, not required
• QS/1 or DocuTrack a plus, not required
