Day Shift Clinical Pharmacist Home Infusion - Charlotte, North Carolina

Assignment: 8+ weeks (potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm

RPh on the Go is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for an 8+ week contract at a Home Infusion facility in Charlotte, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with infusion experience looking to make an impact in a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and verify medication orders for home infusion patients
• Provide clinical expertise on IV therapies and patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist License (clear and in good standing)
• Home infusion or sterile compounding experience required
• Knowledge of USP <797> and <800> regulations
• Strong clinical and communication skills
