Day Shift Compounding Pharmacist in Charge - West Palm Beach, Florida

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a Day Shift position in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a dedicated professional with experience in non-sterile compounding. The ideal candidate must hold both Florida and District of Columbia (DC) Pharmacist licenses.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee non-sterile compounding operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Manage daily pharmacy activities and ensure safe and accurate medication preparation.

• Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and staff.

• Ensure quality control standards are maintained for all compounded medications.

• Maintain inventory and coordinate the ordering of supplies.

• Work closely with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards in the pharmacy.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• No weekends

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist license in Florida and District of Columbia (DC) is required.

• Experience in non-sterile compounding is highly preferred.

• Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
