RPh on the Go is hiring a skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a 503B pharmacy in Plant City, Florida. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a professional with expertise in sterile compounding, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including 503B standards.
• Lead sterile compounding activities, adhering to USP <797> and <800> guidelines.
• Develop and enforce quality control protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Train, supervise, and evaluate pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of Compounded Sterile Preparations (CSPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile compounding.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience.

Schedule

• Full-time, day shift
• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
