RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Pharmacy for a specialty hospital located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic pharmacy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations and staff within the hospital

• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations

• Develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies and procedures

• Manage inventory, budgeting, and purchasing

• Provide clinical and operational leadership

• Participate in hospital committees and interdisciplinary teams

• Be available for on-call responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina pharmacist license

• Pharmacy leadership experience
• Inpatient Pharmacy experience

• Proven ability to manage staff and pharmacy operations effectively

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to be on call as needed

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm
• 8:00am 2:00pm on weekends and holidays
• On-call coverage required
