RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract assignment in Ithaca, New York. This is a great opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with infusion experience to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Ithaca, NY

• Schedule: Day shift, Monday Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Duration: 13+ weeks, with potential for extension

• Setting: Outpatient infusion pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense IV medications in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure proper dosage and administration

• Provide clinical support and guidance to pharmacy staff and healthcare providers

• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Oversee sterile compounding processes to ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• Active New York Pharmacist license in good standing

• Recent infusion or sterile compounding experience required

• Knowledge of USP <797> and USP <800> guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent communication and patient care skills
