Day Shift Infusion Pharmacist Contract Assignment - Chantilly, VA

Shift: Monday Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for a 10-week contracted assignment in Chantilly, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable home infusion pharmacy team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense compounded and non-compounded infusion medications.

• Oversee sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP <797> guidelines.

• Review physician orders and assess therapy for accuracy and appropriateness.

• Collaborate with nurses, patients, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain proper documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (in good standing).

• 1+ year of recent experience in a home infusion or sterile compounding setting.

• Strong knowledge of USP <797> and <800> compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Ability to start promptly and commit to the full 10-week assignment.

Preferred:

• Previous experience with home infusion
