Day Shift Pharmacist in Charge (Temp to Perm Benefits Offered)

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead and optimize operations in a well-established pharmacy. This temp-to-hire role offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or evening shifts. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve pharmacy operations and elevate patient care.
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure full compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to design and execute medication therapy management programs.
• Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Analyze medication usage patterns and initiate process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Provide mentorship and support to staff for resolving complex medication-related issues.
• Partner with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy (BA).
• Active and current Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Strong expertise in pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
