Day Shift Pharmacy Technician Fairfield, OH | 13-Week Temp to Hire

We are hiring Pharmacy Technicians for a first shift opportunity in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm position designed for dependable, experienced technicians who are ready to grow with a professional pharmacy team.

Schedule:

• First Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications

• Accurately measure, label, and document medication dosages

• Maintain medication inventory and proper storage practices

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with pharmacy standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Active Ohio pharmacy technician license

• Previous pharmacy experience (retail, LTC, mail order, or hospital)

• PTCB certification preferred

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment
