Day Shift Production Pharmacist Contract Assignment - Owings Mills, Maryland

Assignment Type: 8 Weeks to 6 Months Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday:8:30am - 5:00pm

RPh on the Go is actively recruiting a Production Pharmacist for a full-time contract assignment in Owings Mills, Maryland. This role is expected to last between 8 weeks to 6 months with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge and prior non-retail pharmacy experience retail-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production and verification of compounded and prepared medications

• Apply clinical knowledge to ensure medication accuracy and patient safety

• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines

• Monitor inventory, production schedules, and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Pharmacist license in good standing

• Strong clinical background; hospital, infusion, or long-term care experience preferred

• Previous experience in a production or compounding pharmacy setting

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

• Retail-only experience does not meet the qualifications for this role
