RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Service Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for professionals with a pharmacy background who are committed to delivering outstanding service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy-related inquiries and concerns from customers and clients.
• Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and assist with account management for clients across the pharmaceutical industry.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to resolve customer issues.
• Support other pharmacy service functions as needed, helping to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Shift:

• 9:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

• ND State Pharmacy Technician License
• Must have previous remote experience
• Computer Literacy
• Fast Learner: Candidates should be capable of rapidly learning their proprietary systems
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
