RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join a reputable Home Infusion Pharmacy in Houston, TX. This 13-week contracted assignment offers a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team delivering high-quality patient care in a specialized infusion setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP <797> guidelines.

• Oversee and maintain proper aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.

• Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness.

• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to ensure timely and safe medication delivery.

• Provide clinical support and answer medication-related inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

• TX Pharmacist license.
• IV certification required
• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
• Sterile compounding experience.
