RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a 503B pharmacy located in Plant City, Florida. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sterile compounding, compliance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations, including 503B requirements.
• Lead sterile compounding processes in alignment with USP <797> and <800> guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train, supervise, and evaluate pharmacy staff while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of compounded sterile preparations (CSPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

• A clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience.

Schedule:

• Full-time, day shift:
• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
