Daytime Pharmacist Contract to Hire

Join our team as a pharmacist and take on a leadership role overseeing pharmacy operations. Use your expertise to ensure accurate dispensing, efficient inventory management, and exceptional customer interactions.

Duties:

• Leading and mentoring pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Dispensing medications with precision while adhering to safety and legal standards.
• Balancing and managing inventory to optimize stock levels.
• Delivering Medication Therapy Management (MT) and conducting IMMR assessments.
• Building trust with patients through superior customer service.

Requirements:

• A valid and active Pennsylvania pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience (LTC experience a plus).
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
