Full Time Staff IV Pharmacist,

Monday - Friday
8 until 7pm on some days
40 hours per week

Duties:

IV production verification
Lab reviews
Care plan entries
Profile reviews

Required:

Clear, current NC pharmacist license
Current IV experience of 1 year or more
Clinical experience to handle labs
