This is an exciting chance to join a growing infusion pharmacy specializing in acute conditions. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience and a strong background in sterile compounding.

About the Role:

The Infusion Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing a dedicated team. This includes ensuring the accurate preparation and dispensing of sterile compounds, maintaining inventory, and upholding compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Compounds Focused On:

• IVs / Hydration

• TPNs

• Antibiotics

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising pharmacy staff and workflow

• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and USP 797

• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies

• Maintaining high standards in patient safety and care

• Leading a collaborative and efficient pharmacy team

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Degree

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

• Minimum 1 year of infusion experience (hospital, clinic, or home infusion)

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and CareTend software

• Knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
