Direct Hire Pharmacist Near Brandon FL (MUST Have Sterile Compounding Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Compounding Pharmacist to lead operations at our facility specializing in tailored compounds. If you re an experienced pharmacist with a passion for sterile compounding and team leadership, we want to hear from you!

Hours: 9:00am 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and directly supervise cleanroom, pre-production, and post-production teams.
• Review batch records and associated documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Uphold cGMP standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Compound pharmaceuticals, including sterile injectables and powders, as needed.
• Assist with Adverse Drug Event documentation and resolution.
• Recruit, monitor, and manage pharmacy staff with CEO/President approval.
• Ensure facility operations comply with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 2 years of injectable sterile compounding experience.
• At least 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Strong understanding of cGMP standards and sterile processes.
