Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
RPH on the Go is seeking a Director of Pharmacy / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead operations in a mail order and specialty pharmacy. This role involves managing daily pharmacy activities, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency while maintaining high levels of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Optimize workflow to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and conducting audits to reduce waste and ensure accuracy.
• Counsel patients on medication use, including dosage and potential interactions.
• Investigate and address incidents to promote patient safety.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD degree.
• 8-10 years of pharmacy experience, including leadership roles.
• Mail order pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active Indiana pharmacy license required.
