Director of Pharmacy- Indianapolis, IN

RPh on the Go has partnered with a growing Mail Order Pharmacy in search of an experienced Director of Pharmacy/Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead their operations. This high-volume facility will start with approximately 50-100 prescriptions per day and scale up to 500+. Initially, the Director of Pharmacy will manage all areas of the facility, with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and ancillary staff reporting to them.

Assignment: 13 Weeks +, Potential for Direct Hire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Environment: Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of a mail-order facility
• Oversee multiple departments, with future leaders to be hired for each area
• Manage budgets, P&L, and high-volume workflows
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in the pharmacy's processes

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD
• 8 to 10 years of pharmacy experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role, managing a high-volume pharmacy
• Mail Order experience highly preferred
• Active Indiana Pharmacy License
