Director of Pharmacy - Oak Creek, Wisconsin

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Director of Pharmacy in the Oak Creek, Wisconsin area. All candidates must have at least 2+ years or more of Director experience as well as inpatient/acute care experience. Shift hours include working Full Time, Monday through Friday from either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

Duties:

• Working on Medication Reconciliation with Doctors
• Counseling patients
• Focusing on providing care for adults who are either preparing or recovering from a surgical procedure.

• Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist License 
• 2+ years or more of DOP experience
• 2+ years or more of inpatient or acute care is preferred but not required
