RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Pharmacy for a specialty hospital near Charleston, South Carolina. This is an exciting contract opportunity with the potential for permanent placement. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations and manage pharmacy staff within the hospital

• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the pharmacy department

• Manage inventory, budgeting, and purchasing activities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the pharmacy team

• Collaborate with hospital committees and interdisciplinary teams

• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina pharmacist license

• Proven leadership experience in pharmacy

• Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred

• Strong ability to manage staff and pharmacy operations

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Availability for on-call coverage as needed

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am 6:00 pm

• Weekends and holidays: 8:00 am 2:00 pm

• On-call coverage required
