ED Pharmacist Direct Hire (PA)

RPh on the Go is partnering with a respected medical center in Central Pennsylvania to fill a full-time, permanent Clinical Pharmacist position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute across multiple high-acuity areas, including the Emergency Department, ICU, and Antibiotic Stewardship Team.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, direct hire role
• 8-hour shifts, variable days/afternoons (primarily days)
• Inpatient hospital environment

Core Responsibilities

• Perform medication order verification and profile review
• Deliver clinical services aligned with patient population needs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and clinical consults
• Respond to critical scenarios: stroke, trauma, sepsis, cardiac arrest
• Contribute to drug therapy monitoring and stewardship efforts

Candidate Requirements

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• PGY1 residency or minimum 3 years of recent inpatient/clinical experience
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license or willingness to obtain
• Out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply
