Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM 12:00 AM | Monday Friday

We are currently seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support operations at a high-volume pharmacy facility in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a 13-week contract-to-permanent role offering a stable evening shift schedule and the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of pharmacy technicians and data entry personnel to ensure accurate workflow, secure operations, and timely deliveries

• Review and validate new prescription orders for dosage accuracy, potential interactions, and allergy risks before dispensing

• Supervise the ordering and prepacking process managed by technicians

• Manage controlled substances handling, documentation, and storage in compliance with regulatory guidelines, including perpetual inventory for Schedule II medications

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio

• Experience in a high-volume, mail-order, or compounding pharmacy setting is preferred

• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and compliance standards
