RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated Evening Shift Pharmacist to join a reputable pharmacy in Fairfield, Ohio. This 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity offers a clear path to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Job Details:

• Location: Fairfield, OH
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Duration: 13-week contract with potential for permanent hire

Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure accuracy, workflow efficiency, security, and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Oversee ordering and prepacking processes handled by pharmacy technicians.
• Review new medication orders for proper dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing.
• Assist with ordering, handling, receiving, documentation, and storage of controlled substances, including maintaining a perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license
• Experience in a high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus
