Experience Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge West Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity as a Pharmacist in Charge at a closed-door specialty mail-order 503a facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This facility specializes in compounding weight-loss medication, anti-aging medication, hormone replacement therapy, and other custom compounds.

To be considered for this role, recent experience with non-sterile compounding and a strong background in compounding pharmacy is required. Multi-state licensure (10 or more) is highly preferred. Retail pharmacists with limited non-sterile compounding experience will not be considered.

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff.
• Review batch records and associated documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
• Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms.
• Hire, monitor, and terminate employees as necessary with CEO/President approval.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Compound pharmaceuticals as needed.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of non-sterile compounding experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Multi-state licensure (10 or more) preferred.
