Experienced Clinical Pharmacist, Direct Hire, Brooklyn, New York

RPh On The Go presents a new opportunity for an experienced clinical pharmacist in Brooklyn, NY. If you have prior experience as a compounding pharmacist and are familiar with medication management (MTM), this is a great position for you. This high-volume facility is looking for a candidate to hire immediately and permanently.

Required:

• New York state Pharmacy License.
• B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
• 3-5 years as a compounding pharmacist.
• MTM experience preferred.
• Familiarity with and adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Daily Duties:

• Verify and fulfill prescriptions. (Roughly 1,000 RX per day)
• Collaborate and communicate with a team to ensure efficiency.
• Work with prescribers and patients to optimize safe and effective medication use.
• Compounding production.
• Billing.
