Fulfillment Pharmacist Multiple Shift Opportunities Near West Chester, PA

RPh on the Go is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist to join our client s specialty pharmacy team near West Chester, PA. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a 13-week contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

As a Fulfillment Pharmacist, you ll play a vital role in the medication distribution process ensuring prescriptions are filled accurately, safely, and in compliance with pharmacy regulations. Whether you re an experienced fulfillment pharmacist or looking to grow your career in a specialty setting, this position offers a fast-paced environment with multiple shift options and room for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fulfillment personnel and operations during shift.
• Take part in shipping and handling of all prescription orders when needed.
• Ensuring prescription orders are processed according to the requirements and requests of prescribers and patients.
• Ensure proper technique, accurate preparation, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable laws for all pharmaceutical products dispensed.
• Provides care by assessing patient demographics, reviewing and maintaining patient medication histories, and reviewing patient medication profiles.
• Develops patient care plans to establish desired outcomes, develops therapeutic care plans, determines alternatives for achieving outcomes, and monitors patient outcomes.
• Educates patients on and monitors drug therapy to evaluate the appropriateness of use, dosage form, regimen route, therapeutic duplication, and drug interactions.

• Counsel s patients on over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription medications as well as nutritional supplements.

Shifts Available:

• Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• Rotating Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications:

• PA Pharmacist license
• Recent retail pharmacy experience
• Newer Grads are welcome
• Experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding a plus
