Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician 2nd Shift Location: Plymouth, MI

RPh on the Go is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians to join a growing team in Plymouth, MI. This is a full-time opportunity on second shift in a fast-paced long-term care pharmacy setting. If you thrive in an organized, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

Shifts: Full-Time | Monday Friday, with rotating weekends & holidays
Shift Options:

• 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

• 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

• 4:00 PM 12:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment

• Set up packaging lots and follow scheduled inventory tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas

• Quickly respond to equipment faults and workflow issues

• Use Paxit Manager and Framework systems for order tracking

• Perform audits, packaging scans, and check short-fills

• Stage and tote prescriptions with correct labels

• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and processing "owes"

• Communicate delays or inventory needs to the team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Current Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee registration with the Michigan State Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and drug names

• Math and analytical skills for pharmaceutical calculations

• 2+ years of LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
