Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician Evening Shift in Philadelphia, PA

We're seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacy Technician to support fulfillment and production operations in a specialty compounding pharmacy setting. This warehouse-based role is ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on environments and want to gain in-depth experience with bespoke pharmaceutical preparations.

This is a contract-to-hire position designed to offer long-term potential for pharmacy technicians ready to contribute and grow within a highly specialized field. Full training will be provided in all areas, from production to logistics, but a strong foundation in pharmacy workflows is required.

Shift:
Monday to Friday, 3:00pm 11:30pm

Assignment Term:
13-week contract with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate prescription labels and ensure accuracy

• Handle shipping label processing and regulatory compliance

• Assist with order fulfillment and workflow tracking

• Communicate clearly and professionally within the team

• Support inventory coordination and ensure compliance protocols are met

• Contribute to system troubleshooting and assist with warehouse operations as needed

Requirements:

• Recent pharmacy technician experience in any setting

• Experience with sterile or non-sterile compounding is required

• Active pharmacy technician license (PA license preferred)

• PTCB certification is required

• Must be detail-oriented, quick to learn, and dependable

• Strong attendance and a willingness to train across departments are essential
