Role Summary:
You ll oversee daily fulfillment operations, ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, and directly contribute to personalized medication therapy. This role is ideal for pharmacists who value structure, precision, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day work of pharmacy technicians and support staff during assigned shifts.

• Support order fulfillment tasks including packaging, verification, and quality checks.

• Confirm all prescriptions align with prescriber instructions and patient-specific needs.

• Uphold state and federal regulatory compliance across all dispensing activities.

• Conduct patient profile reviews, monitor drug interactions, and document interventions.

• Educate patients about their medications, including prescription, OTC, and supplement use.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans and therapy adjustments.

• Provide ongoing clinical assessments for dosage, therapeutic duplication, and regimen suitability.

Work Schedule Options:

• Wednesday Sunday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Monday Friday: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

• Monday Friday: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active PA Pharmacist License

• Recent experience in retail or community pharmacy

• Strong understanding of medication therapy management

• Interest or experience in sterile and/or non-sterile compounding preferred

• Open to new and recent pharmacy graduates

Note: Consistent attendance is essential and highly prioritized for this role.
