Position Overview:
As the Fulfillment Pharmacist, you'll supervise the preparation and distribution of compounded medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a clinical resource to both staff and patients. This position is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to contribute to patient-specific treatment plans.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise pharmacy operations and fulfillment personnel during assigned shift.

• Participate in all stages of order processing, from verification to final shipment.

• Validate that prescriptions are filled accurately according to provider and patient specifications.

• Ensure all procedures align with federal/state pharmacy laws and industry standards.

• Monitor patient medication profiles and provide drug utilization reviews.

• Deliver patient counseling on prescription and OTC therapies, including supplements.

• Create and evaluate therapeutic care plans tailored to individual patients.

• Continuously assess treatment efficacy, dosage accuracy, and potential drug interactions.

Available Shifts:

• Wednesday through Sunday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Monday through Friday | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

• Monday through Friday | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacist License in the State of Pennsylvania

• Background in retail pharmacy required

• Recent grads encouraged to apply

• Familiarity with compounding techniques (sterile or non-sterile) is a strong asset
