Pharmacist Opportunity - Closed Door 503B Pharmacy Kennett Square, PA

RPh on the Go is currently seeking licensed pharmacists for a contract-to-hire position with a closed door 503B pharmacy based in Kennett Square, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to transition out of traditional retail pharmacy and work in a highly regulated, compliance-focused environment where your expertise in medication safety and accuracy will be critical.

As a pharmacist, you will play a key role in overseeing prescription processing, verifying orders, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall safety of patient care. This role will involve collaboration with internal teams, overseeing the shipping of medications, and providing medication counseling when appropriate. The pharmacy s operation is under strict compliance standards, and your attendance and attention to detail will be essential.

Position Highlights:

• Shift Availability:

• Monday through Friday: 6:00 am 2:30 pm or 3:00 pm 11:30 pm (priority shifts)

• Additional daytime hours: 8:00 am 4:30 pm

• Weekend coverage required (Saturday or Sunday on rotation)

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

• Experience in a closed door or high-volume pharmacy environment is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

• Strong attention to detail, particularly with regard to documentation and order verification

• Compounding experience is an advantage but not mandatory
