Full-Time (1st Shift) Staff Pharmacist - Fairfield, OH

We are seeking an Ohio-licensed Pharmacist for a full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM 4:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely prescription processing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and administrative personnel.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Schedule and allocate staff to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
• Regularly evaluate pharmacy operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus
