Full Time Billing Specialist- Long-term Care Pharmacy (Waco, TX)

Shift: Days, Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturdays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Environment: Long-Term Care
Job Description: We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced medical Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that charges are entered timely and accurately, all necessary procedures are completed prior to invoicing, and statements are finalized, all in accordance with contract requirements.
Duties:

• Enter charges accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete all necessary procedures before invoicing.
• Finalize statements in accordance with contract guidelines.

Required:

• Previous experience in medical billing.
• Knowledge of insurance or pharmacy operations.
• 1+ years of Long-term care experience (preferred)
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of TX (preferred)
