RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist willing to work in Huntsville, AL. This is a full time contracted position, working Monday-Friday, day shift. Responsibilities:

• Perform final checks on medications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Develop clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulations
• Review records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy
• Evaluate patient s condition to ensure all issues are being treated

Requirements:

• Active and clear Alabama Pharmacist License.
• Recent Clinical experience in a hospital or home infusion setting is required.
• Recent Sterile Compounding Experience.
