Full Time Clinical Pharmacist - Day Shift

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist willing to work in Huntsville, AL. This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday, day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in home infusion pharmacy to bring their expertise to a dynamic and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications in a home infusion pharmacy setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Perform sterile compounding following all USP <797> guidelines.
• Oversee the preparation and management of infusion therapies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use of infusion medications and devices.
• Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Alabama Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Proven home infusion pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and infusion therapy protocols.
• Ability to start mid-December.
