Full Time Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Irving, Texas

Are you a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in the pharmaceutical field? RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician.

Position Overview:
Within this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and accurate preparation of sterile medications for patients. You will work in an amazing compounding pharmacy facility and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare sterile medications following established protocols and guidelines.
• Working in a clean room setting.
• Perform aseptic compounding of IV medications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of compounding area.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management and medication preparation.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
• On-call rotations
  • 1 weekend every 6 weeks

Qualifications:

• TX Pharmacy Tech License
• Sterile Compounding Certification
• PTCB
• 2+ years of sterile compounding experience
• Knowledge of Exactamix machine
