Full-Time Evening Order Entry Pharmacy Technician Plymouth, MI

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity in a closed-door long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Plymouth. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are comfortable with data entry and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM, or 4:00 PM 12:30 AM), with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enter prescription information using Framework/DocuTrack

• Communicate professionally with customers via phone

• Identify and resolve data entry discrepancies

• Collaborate with the Order Entry team to meet department goals

• Uphold excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders

• Work with urgency and attention to detail

System/Software:

• Framework

• DocuTrack

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee with the Michigan State Board of Pharmacy

• Strong data entry and computer skills

• Understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge

• Math proficiency and analytical skills

• Order entry experience required

• 2+ years of long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
