Full-Time Experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager (M-F, 8:00AM - 5:30PM) Chandler, AZ (Direct Hire)

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity in an infusion pharmacy setting in Chandler, AZ. This pharmacy focuses strictly on acute conditions and prepares sterile compounds, including IV hydration, TPNs, and antibiotics. The ideal candidate will have prior infusion experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:30 PM.)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Pharmacy (DOP) with day-to-day operations and pharmacy functions.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.

• Manage and mentor assigned pharmacy personnel; establish and monitor performance goals.

• Supervise compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.

• Oversee and maintain pharmacy schedules and staffing levels.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

• Act as PIC in the absence of the DOP.

• Handle patient concerns and ensure a high standard of care.

• Participate in inspections, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy degree and active Arizona pharmacist license.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in Hospital, Clinic, or Home Infusion settings.

• Strong knowledge of USP 797 and current pharmacy regulations.

• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic computer systems.

• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
