Location: Kennett Square, PA
Contract Term: 13 Weeks | Temp-to-Hire Potential
Facility: Specialty Compounding Pharmacy

Are you a licensed pharmacist ready to step into a specialized role beyond the typical retail setting? This opportunity places you in a state-of-the-art compounding facility that delivers personalized pharmaceutical care. You ll be at the heart of prescription fulfillment, compliance, and patient-centered support in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Oversee pharmacy staff and daily fulfillment activities during your shift

• Ensure prescriptions are accurately processed, filled, and shipped per physician and patient specifications

• Maintain adherence to all regulatory guidelines, ensuring safe and legal dispensing of all products

• Provide direct clinical support, including medication counseling and therapy management

• Review and update patient profiles, medication histories, and documentation

• Educate patients on medication use, potential interactions, and therapy outcomes

• Step in where needed across operations, from QA checks to order logistics

Work Schedules Available:

• Wednesday Sunday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Monday Friday | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

• Monday Friday | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania (Required)

• Recent experience in a retail or outpatient pharmacy setting

• Prior experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding is highly valued

• Strong attendance and dependability are essential

• Open to newer graduates with strong clinical interest
