Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Rotating On-Call Weekends and Weekdays

Position Overview:
Are you an experienced Staff Pharmacist looking to make an impact in Home Infusion Pharmacy? Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding for home infusion therapies.

• Ensure the accuracy of compounded medications through final verification.

• Provide patient counseling, educating patients on how to use their medications at home.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal treatment plans for patients.

What We re Looking For:

• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience is a must.

• Experience in sterile compounding is preferred, but not mandatory (training available).

• A valid Oklahoma pharmacy license in good standing is required.
